Issue connecting USB c controller from galesir

Hi,

I use a Xiaomi Redmi note 10 and I would like to use a controller for gaming connected with USB c (the gamesir X2 pro XBOX version) I removed the case, the OTG is on but the smartphone does not recognize at all the controller, the led stays off
