XIAOMI MI9SE - Blocage démarrage sur MIUI10 après réinitialisation

J'avais depuis quelques temps des dysfonctionnement de mon écran tactile. Il m'a été conseillé de faire une réinitialisation de l'appareil. Je l'ai faite et depuis lorsque je le rédémarre, l'écran affiche : "MIUI 10" avec une procédure à suivre qui bloque finalement sur "l'assistant google n'est pas disponible pour ce compte" alors que mon compte est bon. Quelqu'un a-t-il rencontré un problème similaire et quelle solution. Merci pour votre concours. Joël
