Vu le comportement de ton téléphone, par rapport à la validation de la certification Google play store, je pense, comme toi, que ton téléphone a été modifié...
Ce problème arrive avec certains vendeur un peu particulier et pas mal de personnes sont dans ton cas.
Peux tu indiquer le nom de la rom en place pour voir comment t'aider ?

Pour repartir sur une version officielle il faudra effectivement changer de rom mais la procédure est complexe et délicate car tu risques de bloquer ton mobile.
Ce n'est pas la même chose que de faire une mise à jour et tu risques aussi de perdre ta garantie.
Avant de te lancer dans ce type de manipulation, peux tu demander un échange de téléphone (ou un remboursement et prendre le même ailleurs) ?
Sinon, une installation d'une nouvelle rom demande un debloquage du téléphone (procédure Xiaomi), l'installation d'une recovery du type twrp (bootloader), puis récupérer la bonne rom et l'installer via twrp. Chaque étape est delicate.
Tu peux aussi essayer une procédure passant par le mode fastboot en utilisant une appli Xiaomi depuis un PC.

Bonjour,
Le nom de ta rom est TMAMIXM, c'est une veille rom Miui (pas HyperOS) qui date d'octobre 2023. C'est une version dite Global, pas Europe
Aujourd'hui, la version HyperOS de juillet 2024 est 1.0.8.0 UMAMIXM.
Il y a trop d'écart pour faire une simple mise à jour.
Avant de faire une installation de rom, je te conseille d'essayer des mises à jour successivent.
Plusieurs sites te proposent des Rom. Fais des recherches sur "miuirom.org", "xmfirmwareupdater" ou le site officiel "Xiaomi Community" (et d'autres)
La règle est de récupérer les Rom sur le site officiel, mais, à ma connaissance, le seul qui garde l'historique des Rom est miuirom.org
Le processus est simple, il faut que tu télécharges la rom juste après la tienne et que tu l'installes manuellement. Ensuite tu prends une rom un peu au dessus et du fais pareil. Si ça ne marche pas tu recommences avec la rom au dessous de celle que tu as récupéré. Ainsi de suite jusqu'à la dernière version.
Penses à tester chaque version avant de passer à la suivante.
Pour faire une màj manuelle, tu vas dans "à propo..." de ton mobile et tu tapes sur le logo jusqu' à ce qu'un message t'indique que tu as de nouvelles options.
Après ce message, tu choisis les 3 points en haut à droite et tu trouveras une option pour choisir ton fichier rom.
Tu le sélectionnes et lances l'upgrade en croisant les doigts....
Si tu veux passer à une version Europe c'est une autre manip comme signalé plus haut.

As tu essayé avec Mi Unlock ou equiv Xiaomi ?
Fais une recherche avec Mi Unlock Xiaomi et tu tomberas sur des tutos intéressant
Le déverrouillage des option développeur n'est pas suffisant
Mais les mises à jours ne demandent pas de déverrouiller ton téléphone

Regarde sur "Xiaomi Community " le tuto "Tutorial MiUnlock / MiFlash".
Tu pourras comparer avec ta procédure.
Tu as peut-être un problème de Rom, peux tu donner le nom de ta rom cible ?
As tu essayé les différentes mises à jour ? Ça pourrait solutionner ton problème avec le play store

Comme tu l'as précisé, ton bootloader est toujours bloqué malgré tes manipulations.
A ce niveau il n'est pas simple et très délicat de t'aider, peut être que d'autres sur ce forum le pourront.
Sinon, je te conseille fortement de voir avec le forum XDA car les intervenants sont habitués à ce type de demandes.
Ton téléphone est encore vivant, si tu fais une mauvaise manip à ce niveau tu risques de le bloquer définitivement alors je te conseille de prendre conseil chez ces experts.

Je pense que c'est le bon endroit pour le type de problème que tu as, il y a des demandes similaires.
Si tu ne l'a pas encore fait, je te conseille de jeter un œil sur ce forum et, peut être, décrire ta situation.
Il y a une arborescence pour Xiaomi et tu retrouveras ton modèle.
